Payment
We accept most insurance except for HMO's.  Unfortunately, HMO's usually do not pay for care outside of their network.

We do offer a discounted price for payment made at the time of service.

Automobile Insurance/MedPay
Home Owner or Renter Insurance

If you have been injured in an accident, at work, in a car or anywhere else we can usually bill your insurance.  If there is no insurance coverage we will accept your case with an attorney's lien and will accept payment from the settlement of your case.
